List of trainers

The national register of trainers of the Perlagrandetà Area, authorized to issue certificates for Walking Leader (WL), has included Sara Conversi since 2010

Project for

the return to the territory

Small groups of adults and elderly people progressively withdrawn at home as a result of hypomobility induced by a sedentary lifestyle and the chronic diseases from which they suffer (2015-2018)

Project "PassiOn"

Very large groups, over fifty people, including families with children. WL teams were organized and coordinated (2013-2015)

"Parma Segreta" Project

Routes (both urban and extra-urban) grouped into calendars of outings, distinguished by points of interest, environmental contexts, and levels of terrain difficulty, based on people's conditions, their preferences (to support their motivation), and the times of travel (to encourage the participation of all possible target participants)

Social integration project

Aimed at migrants and foreign women residing in our area, particular attention was paid to managing group dynamics to promote cohesion and mutual understanding (2019)

Walking Group with AIMA Parma

Walking groups, organized in collaboration with AIMA Parma, in which, taking into account the specific conditions of the participants, the so-called SCCG, "containment management" strategies for the groups, learned during training, have been adopted.

Textbooks

Over the years, several courses have been held to train new Walking Leaders (WL), and various teaching materials are available to ensure the courses are complete. In the photo, the cover and index of one of the main textbooks

Bibliography

Here you can read the bibliography provided on the occasion of the first training course for Walking Leaders, held in Parma in 2013. Naturally, the teaching material has been enriched and updated over the years
